Conveniently located near I-95, I-10, and the Hart Bridge Expressway, the neighborhood will ultimately feature multiple public parking garages, along with on-street parking throughout the area. The Church Street Garage will open October 2026, and will serve Vandeveer and Pearl Square’s first retail and dining destinations. We recommend parking there for the most convenient access to the neighborhood today.
