Floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive views, and flexible floor plates create inspiring, light-filled offices, while curated ground-floor retail, restaurants, and adjacent public spaces ensure that work extends naturally into the rhythm of the neighborhood.
Architecture & Design
Designed by the renowned architecture firm Morris Adjmi Architects in collaboration with BDG Architects, the office building at Pearl Square reflects a contemporary interpretation of Jacksonville’s architectural character. Known internationally for their contextual approach to design, Morris Adjmi Architects create buildings that draw inspiration from the history, materiality, and urban fabric of the cities they inhabit.
Across the façade, articulated tile modules, metal detailing, and large expanses of glass create depth, shadow, and visual rhythm, giving the building a distinctive identity while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding streetscape. Materials were carefully selected for both durability and craft, drawing inspiration from Jacksonville’s masonry traditions while introducing contemporary precision and performance.
